TakeoffIQ turns a customer's uploaded construction drawings into the takeoff package they actually require — in their format, by their rules.
What it is
A customer signs in to their private workspace, drops in a drawing set, and gets back a takeoff package in their format — their rules, their vocabulary, their definition of what is correct. Behind the upload, the files are sorted, the drawings are read, the customer's own rules are applied, the result is checked against that customer's history, and any open question is routed to the customer's designated expert. Only then is the package delivered.
It is a takeoff platform, not software for one trade. Every trade that quotes from drawings starts at a floor plan, and each customer's workspace carries the library for theirs.

How a job runs
- Upload The customer drops a drawing set into their workspace.
- Read, by your rules Files are sorted, the drawings are read, and the customer's rules are applied. Anything the rules cannot settle becomes one plain question to the customer's expert — one fact per question, never asked twice.
- Checked, then delivered The result is compared against the customer's own history and must clear a release gate before it becomes a package: totals that reconcile, the question that was asked answered in its own block, unknowns in one place.
Whose it is
TakeoffIQ® is a JDU product. Customers get a named edition of it. A customer's rules, data and outputs remain the customer's; the TakeoffIQ platform, engine and brand remain JDU's, provided as a service.

There is no self-serve signup. Each customer workspace is set up and handed over directly.
